Stowe, VT – Bill Davis & Associates, LLC, owner of Crop Bistro & Brewery a newly-acquired Rusty Nail in Stowe, VT, announces Chef Steve Sicinski as the new Executive Chef and General Manager for Crop Bistro Brewery. Mr. Sicinksi will also be the Executive Chef of The Rusty Nail.

A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, Mr. Sicinski began his career at the Mii Amo in Sedona, Arizona, a world-class spa resort rated #1 twice by Travel and Leisure Magazine. Crop Bistro’s newly appointed General Manager has acquired extensive experience in the restaurant business working throughout Europe and the United States. Meyers hails from Manchester, Vermont, where he worked his first restaurant gig at Manchester Depot’s Sirloin Saloon. While attending college at the University of Vermont, Meyers spent time working at restaurants Minerva’s R.W. Hunt’s. His career began with the pioneering of the 4-Legged Duck in South Royalton. He has since been traveling the United States working in fine dining at South Padre Island Texas, opening Jillian’s in Green Bay, Wisconsin, and Albany, New York. Our Irish-inspired Oatmeal Milk Stout has just started flowing from the taps and has received rave reviews!
The stout is big and creamy. It finished at a 5.7 ABV, has a smooth mouthfeel with a nice roast malt and chocolate malt finish.

Appearing at Crop Wednesday – Vasudo
VASUDO is a live five piece band from Connecticut comprised of Rick Mitarotonda (Guitar), Matt Campbell (Keyboards), Trevor Weeks (Bass), Chris Reid (Percussion) and Sean Preece (Drums).
With what could be described as a passionate creative drive, Vasudo took the scene by storm and in a short span of time established a loving fan base and a buzz around the East. In October, Vasudo had the pleasure of sharing the stage with Bill Payne of Little Feat and with the addition of Sean Preece, also a CT native, on drums they plan to continue their accelerated climb.
