We are getting ready for our little bundle of beer joy — well, not little, really. The brewery equipment is pretty massive, actually. In preparation, we’re doing some work in the basement, where the brewery will be.

This is the plan: The kettles arrived in port in NY on Tuesday and are in the process of clearing customs now. In November we’ll be ready to brew, and  you’ll be able to sample our very first brew as soon as December.
